(Just an idea. Maybe something like it exists already, but I've never heard of it.)
The Local Job Exchange Program (LJEP) is where individuals can experience another person's job for a day or two. It's a cooperative program between participating companies, the "donating" company agrees to pay their employee their regular wage while working for a day or two at another participating company; the "receiving" company agrees to allow a person from the other company to work for them for a day or two. It's all done in the spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding, and participating companies can make stipulations about the exchange as needed. Companies need not swap employees directly between one another -- as part of the program, an exchange day is treated as a "credit" which may be used for an exchange with any participating company/employee, at any agreed-upon time.Comments [0]
